Your privacy matters to Headcore Digital. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are when you use the headcore.digital website.

1. Who we are
Headcore Digital is a growth consultancy that brings together Branding, Digital Marketing, Systems Engineering, Data, and Communication in integrated creative thinking, focused on brands that seek relevance and sustainable growth. Our website is available at https://headcore.digital.
For the purposes of this policy, we act as the controller of personal data, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018, the LGPD).
2. What data we collect and why
2.1 Contact forms and comments
When you fill out a form on our site or leave a comment, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Website (optional)
- Content of the message or comment
- IP address and browser data (for spam prevention)
An anonymized string derived from your email (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to display a profile picture next to approved comments. See the Gravatar privacy policy.
2.2 Newsletter signup
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address in order to send communications about Headcore Digital’s content, news, and services.
- Legal basis: consent (art. 7, I, LGPD).
- Cancellation: you can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the footer of any email or by sending a request to contato@headcore.digital.
- Retention: data is kept while the subscription is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
2.3 WhatsApp groups
When you join a WhatsApp group managed by Headcore Digital, you are aware that:
- Your phone number and profile name will be visible to the other group participants.
- The messages you send in the group are your responsibility and can be seen by all members.
- Headcore Digital may use your number to send communications related to the group’s topic, based on the consent implied by accepting the invitation.
- You can leave the group at any time directly through the WhatsApp app. To request the removal of your number from our internal lists, email contato@headcore.digital.
- WhatsApp is a third-party platform (Meta). Its use is subject to the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
2.4 Uploading images and media
If you upload images to the site, avoid files that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download these images and extract geolocation information.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies to ensure the site works correctly and to improve the user experience. When you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name, email, and website in cookies so you don’t have to fill them in again. These cookies last one year.
User accounts generate temporary cookies to check browser support, plus session cookies (2 days) and display preference cookies (1 year). The “Remember me” option keeps you signed in for two weeks.
Articles being edited generate a 1-day cookie with the post ID, with no personal data.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect site features.
4. Embedded third-party content
Pages on this site may contain content embedded from other services (videos, maps, widgets, etc.). This content behaves as if the visitor were accessing the source site directly, and may collect data, use cookies, and track interactions, including if you have an active account with those services.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share it only in the following situations:
- Service providers: email marketing platforms, hosting, data analytics, and operational tools needed to run the business, always under confidentiality clauses.
- Legal obligation: when required by law, court order, or a competent authority.
- Password reset: your IP address is included in the password reset email for security reasons.
6. How long we keep your data
- Comments and metadata: retained indefinitely for automatic moderation of future comments.
- User profiles: kept while the account is active.
- Newsletter: while the subscription is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation.
- WhatsApp: while you remain in the group; after leaving, your number is removed from internal lists within 30 business days upon request.
- Legal obligations: data needed for administrative, accounting, or security purposes may be retained for specific periods defined by law.
7. Your rights as a data subject
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you have the right to:
- Confirm whether your data is being processed;
- Access the data we hold about you;
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- Request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data;
- Withdraw consent at any time;
- Data portability, where applicable;
- Request the deletion of data processed based on your consent.

8. Data security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last revision will always be shown at the top of this page. We recommend that you review it regularly. Substantial changes will be communicated by email to those subscribed to our newsletter.
